You can select merchandise by visiting Apparel or Accessories from the top of the page. Then you can place merchandise you would like to purchase in the shopping cart and also check the pricing before completing the order. Merchandise may be removed from your shopping cart at any time before you complete the order. You may complete the order by clicking "Checkout".

Yes, next-business-day delivery is available as long as the order is received before 1:00 pm PST, the selected merchandise is available at the time the order received, and you have selected UPS Next Day while checking out. All orders placed after 1:00 pm PST will not be guaranteed next-business-day delivery. If the ordered merchandise is not in-stock, a Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours. |

4. How can I track the status of my order?
After placing an order on the web site, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You can then log in to your account and access your Order History at the bottom of your page. There you can view the status of your order and the UPS tracking number.

6. Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, your credit card information is secure. All credit card information will be encrypted while traveling through the internet and safely stored for your future purchases. We use SSL to protect your personal information. When placing an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information.

7. Where are the items shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California via UPS Ground unless an alternate method was selected at checkout. For rush orders, the order must be placed by 1:00 pm PST and the items must be in-stock. Orders can be shipped outside the United States. Please call 1-800-810-2975 for help arranging international shipments We cannot ship to PO boxes.

8. What about delivery?
Items shown on the website are generally in-stock and shipped within 24 hours, unless the order is place on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday in which case the order will be shipped on the next business day. If an item is not in-stock, a Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding your order. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
